DESIGN ASSIST
Our company is unique in that our engineering staff has an average of 17 years experience working for Chemco. Relying on this experience and having worked on countless projects throughout various industries, our mechanical and electrical teams will work seamlessly together with your engineering team to deliver quality equipment. This experience allows for fewer errors during the design review stages so that our manufacturing facility can begin fabrication of the treatment system as early as possible to reduce costs and maximize your construction window.

ENGINEERING
Chemco Systems boasts a 110,000 SF manufacturing facility 25 miles southeast of Pittsburgh along the Monongahela River. Partnered with our sister company, Pittsburgh Tank Corporation, our facility can produce custom silos 8'-15' in diameter to meet the client's storage requirements.
Chemco’s skilled personnel design and fabricate the majority of the components that are used in our systems. Our craftsmen are capable of fabricating complex equipment to meet your project's specific needs.
FABRICATION
Chemco has the ability to stand silos in our high-bay and assemble the desired system to the maximum practical extent. Prior to shipment, the assembled system is inspected and tested to ensure that all mechanical and electrical components are installed correctly. To ensure that we are providing a product that meets our client's expectation, Chemco encourages customers to visit our facilities during all phases of fabrication, including final testing.

Chemco's start-up technicians are available to be on-site at the time of equipment installation upon request and are responsible for performing system start-up and on-site training to operating personnel in the proper method of operation and maintenance of the system.
Chemco personnel are available to perform system installations for new or retrofit equipment. Our installation teams are comprised of our in-house technicians that work with the equipment day in and day out.
